This beautiful property in the Beachwalk Villas on the beach side of resort, is situated behind the 24/7 manned gates of the gorgeous Sandestin Beach & Golf Resort on the Gulf/Beach side of HWY 98 and is a drive directly up to, park right in front of the villa with a step-less entry. Located through the same gate you go through if you were going to the Sandestin Hilton. This unit is located in a building with 3 other villas attached side by side with no units above or below, very quiet and peaceful. New owners and newly updated, including all new paint, new beautiful trim, all new bedding, pillows, towels, accessories/decor, art and more. This villa offers a private front courtyard, a fully stocked white kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee station with a coffee maker that offers a Keurig as well as a coffee pot, dining area with large dining table, great sized family room with large glass sliding glass door that opens to the rear patio with 4 chairs and leg rests. The main level also offers a wet bar as well as a 1/2 bath and a queen pull out sofa. This beautiful villa is located on Lake Horseshoe with stunning views (including gorgeous sunset views) from the back patio as well as from all rooms inside the villa with the exception of the front upstairs bedroom. You are also welcome to fish in the lake (catch and release). Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with king size beds and their own private bathroom. One bathroom is a walk in shower only and the other is a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with a blow dryer under each vanity. There is a grill located in the private front courtyard for your use. The villa comes with 2 bikes, 2 helmets and a bike lock, as well as 4 beach chairs with backpack straps and beach towels located in a basket just inside the front door. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry closet in the upstairs hallway. There is a large beautiful community pool directly across the lake that you see from the back patio, that is accessed from a pedestrian bridge one building down which is about a 1-2 minute walk. The beach is an easy walk or bike ride on sidewalks through the stunning resort, or a 1 min car ride. Beach access is at the Beach House restaurant on the beach, which is awesome for food and drinks with a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. The blackened grouper sandwich is a must as well as the fish tacos!! There is also an amazing spa located in the Hilton which is just a few minute walk from this property, not to mention several incredible golf courses and tennis courts. Golf and tennis is an additional cost to you and you must book on your own. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is on the Bay side of the resort (which you have full access to and can ride the bikes there if you choose through an underground tunnel you'll see at the entrance gate that goes under HWY 98) and that area offers great shops, restaurants, candy stores, daiquiri shops, gelato shops, free concerts, ropes course and other great kid activities as well as the harbor where tons of gorgeous boats are, and The Village Door which has live band and is a fun dance place. Prior owner had a 5 star rating for this villa over several years and we feel we’ve improved the experience of staying in it. We’d love to have you.
